Not fighting this weekend. I fought on 29 Feb, and got hurt. I will be working behind the curtain at the show( ICON), and if for some reason the camera ends up on that guy acting crazy at the media table, that will be me.

It's going to be grrrreat. My shoulder is feeling better even rolled with Coach Chris and Josh Thompson who is coming off shoulder surgery. Taking it reall easy and light until I get my MRI. Made it back in the gym today. Just hit the bike, worked abs and kicks. Taking it easy until I get a clean MRI. Kolo Koka is the man, and even called me at 1AM to see if I was okay, after our fight. Much respect to a true MMA vet! NYBA came to work BJJ. Was so bumed that I didn't want to tempt fate by stepping into the ring... Coach Chris dyed his hair red, and smacked me on the shoulder a few times. Great day back, all in all.

Hey what's up? I train Muay Thai, BJJ, traditional boxing and thug-jitsu under Coach Chris Leben, T.Jay Thompson, Rylan Lizares, Kevin Yoshida, and Hauru Shimanshi at ICON Sport in Hawaii and HMC (Hawaii Martial Arts Center). I work wrestling with some of the coaches from Kamahamea schools (as needed), and go back to my traditional Gung Fu roots when I'm in Cali with my Sifu Robert Lee.

Talked toone of the peeps from ProElite here for this weeks ICON card, and they say May for Gina. Went back to the gym for the first time in a week today. Good times. Coach Chris yanking my chain, and slapping my shoulder. NYBA looking REALLY diesel for his fight. Wish I could have been healthy enough to roll with him tonight.

hey, it's going good. Yeah, got my shoulder dislocated in my last fight. Still technically 1-0. Yeah coach is C-C-Crazy. His hair is read again, he almost fried his hair trying to get it to red (negelected to read the instructions on the bottle). Chris is sti;; doing his thing. No word on Gina, but I will ask the powers that be this weekend @ ICON. No women's bouts on this card.

Hey, thanks for the smack. Getting ready for ICON out here next week, and Coach Chris' Post UFC victory party this Saturday. My last fight (Friday) was going cool, but I dislocated the shoulder on my dominate hand when I fought Kolo Koka last week. I'll post the video later. Out of commission for at least 5 weeks and still pending an MRI, but at least it doesn't count as a loss.

Oh yeah I train at the ICON gym with the guy who ran the Superbrawl/ICON promotion. Chris Leben is the head coach, but we have a lot of great people come through.

I can't wait either!!! I'm hoping Pat, T.Jay and/or Richard remember a certain fighter for the pre-show or ProElite broaadcast. He's only had one fight, but trains at ICON Sport, and is pretty excting and active on ProElite.

These kids know how to have fun!!. My favorite is 8 Year-old Ninoa Dung, he is as they say out here, animal. In his latest match he takes on a 10-year-old from my school. IMO he looses, but it's and exhibition. Be sure to check it out!

I fight at 155-160. I know ProElite is doing a card out here on the 26th of April. And there is an MMA event on the island every week. Keep training and if you're in Hawaii be sure to drop by ICON Sport and Fitness Center, Great place to hang and train.
